The Color of Minnie - You had this little mouse at “red.” As with all OPI nail lacquers, Vintage Minnie Mouse by OPI contains no DBP, Toluene, or Formaldehyde, and features OPI’s exclusive ProWide™ Brush for the ultimate in application.
